  • How do I return products?

    You have the possibility to return one or more items within 60 days provided that the items respect our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging).

  • Can I return products I have purchased in a store to your online shop?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept returns or faulty items if the products were not purchased from the Carhartt WIP online shop.

  • Return of defective products

    If you are returning an item because of a quality issue, you have 60 days to log your return into our digital returns portal. Please indicate the reason as being due to a defective item. If the problem occurred after 60 days, please contact our customer service.

  • Can I return discounted items?

    You may return discounted items within 60 days of receiving them.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Your refund will be processed within 12 working days of your package being returned. We will email you to confirm the refund.

    Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. You can return the unwanted item within 60 days of purchase and place a new order.
