  • How can I make a payment?

    In Germany, we accept the following payment methods: credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX), Klarna, PayPal, debit card and bank transfer prepayment.
    We do not accept prepaid debit card payments.

  • How will I receive the payment invoice?

    The invoice is attached to the shipping email you have received. Please do not forget to check your spam folder.

  • When will the due amount be charged from my payment method?

    Your payment provider will hold the amount of your order until it is packed and shipped. The charge will be made once the order is shipped.

  • My payment wasn't accepted. Why is this?

    There are several reasons why a payment may have not been accepted. In such cases, it is best to contact your bank to resolve the issue.
